A 1 - Log in to my agenda
Step by step
Open your Internet browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge ...)
In the address bar, type the mobminder login link (see video). Do not use a search engine like Google - make sure to type the address at the very top of the window
On the login page, enter your login and password
Click on the "Enter" icon (or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard)

Go to the mobminder login page (see video)
Click on the "phone" icon
Enter your mobile phone number linked to your account
Click on the "send" icon
A 3 - Log out
Step by step
In the top right corner of your agenda, click on your first name
Click on "Close this session"
A 4 - See the weekly view
Step by step
Click the three small vertical lines at the top left of the screen
Click the cross to return to the daily view
A 5 - Navigate the calendar
Step by step
In the daily view, use the single arrows on either side of the date to navigate from one day to another
To move from one week to another, click the double arrows located in the same place
To jump directly to a specific date, click on the displayed date
Then, select the desired date from the calendar
Click the date again to close the calendar
Finally, to quickly return to today, click on today's date shown at the top left
A 6 - Add a visitor
Step by step
Click on the create icon
Enter the visitor's information to be saved
Click on the "Save" icon to store the record

The matching visitor(s) will appear below the search bar
Click on the desired visitor to open their file
A 8 - Add an appointment using the search assistance tool

Click in the search field
Enter one of the following pieces of information:

Then find the second visitor and select him/her
Repeat the process to add as many visitors as needed. You can also select multiple visitors at once by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on the desired visitors
Add a service or adjust the appointment duration if necessary
Click the "Save" icon to confirm the appointment
You can also create an appointment with multiple visitors from the weekly view or via the search assistant
A 11 - Find appointments of a visitor

Click in the search field
Enter one of the following pieces of information:

Add a note if needed

Step by step
Click on the three horizontal lines at the top left of the screen
Select "Calendar" from the menu
To change the year, click on the year displayed at the top left (e.g., "2025") and select the desired year
To define your unavailability period, you have two options :
Drag and drop across the relevant days, specify the unavailability type if needed, and add a note if necessary. Then click the “Save” icon to confirm
Click on the first day, fill in the details (unavailability type and note if necessary), then select the last day. Click the “Save” icon to confirm
A 15 - Access to the list view (and print it)
Step by step
Click on the three horizontal lines at the top left
Select “List view”
To add or remove information items, click the three lines again and select “Display details”
Choose the desired information
Save by clicking on the “Save” icon
To print the list, use the shortcut Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac)
To return to the daily view, click on the cross
